CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is received 30 days prior to the reservation start date, a full refund will be given less a fee equal to one nights stay for each cabin being cancelled OR we will issue a Rain Check less a $50.00 cancellation fee for each cabin being cancelled.

If a cancellation is received within 29-8 days of the reservation start date, a Rain Check will be issued less a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay for each cabin being cancelled.

Cancellations received 7 days prior to the reservation start date will receive no refund or Rain Check.

 RV SITE CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is received 21 days prior to the reservation start date, a full refund will be given less a $25.00 cancellation fee for each site being cancelled OR we will issue a Rain Check less a $10.00 cancellation fee for each site being cancelled.  

If a cancellation is received 20-8 days prior to the reservation start date, a Rain Check will be issued less a $10.00 cancellation fee for each site being cancelled.

Cancellations received 7 days prior to the reservation start date will receive no refund or Rain Check.
